Will you become our new CRM Marketer?

As a CRM Marketer, you are responsible for creating and executing the vision and strategy of our CRM marketing. You have the ownership of our email marketing tooling in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. With your experience and passion, you help us in our ambition to mature the usage of our owned media and especially our email marketing activities within the entire customer journey. In this role you will have the opportunity to set the fundament of our international future proof CRM activities.

Together with our digital marketers you activate the available customer data through email. This varies from automated journey flows, segmented email newsletters and targeted campaigns. Your experience helps us to increase our email marketing maturity level by testing and improving on a local and internal scale. This way we increase the relevance of the messages we bring to our audiences, which results in an increased commercial value.

Tasks and responsibilities
  • You maintain and increase the usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • You build a roadmap to grow email marketing within Otravo.
  • You demonstrate your experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the journey builder.
  • Together with the digital marketers you create an email strategy per brand.
  • You develop HTML email templates.
  • Together with our data team you activate and enrich available customer data.
  • You develop an email lead generation campaign to grow the quality and quantity of our email database.
  • You have a test & learn attitude.

Our wishlist
  • You have a bachelor or master’s degree in digital marketing and at least 3 years experience in CRM / Email marketing.
  • You have a proven track record in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • You speak excellent English. Dutch or Spanish would be a great asset.
  • You understand HTML and SQL.
  • You have strong analytical skills.
